Cancellation Policy
Spa 10 Skincare Suite has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If a late cancellation or no-show occurs, 30% of the service booked will be charged. If we’re able to fill your spot from our waitlist, the fee will be waived — I always do my best to make it easy and fair.
